Every great design starts with a concept! For this service, I’ll get to know your personal style and preferences. Not sure what you like? That’s ok too! We’ll work together to learn what colors, shapes, and vibes you like best. The result will serve as a guide for designing your space.

This service includes a concept board with key words, an eight-image mood board, and a five-swatch color palette.

floor plans

A floor plan is an incredibly useful tool for visualizing a new design. Think of it as a map for your home! For virtual designs in particular, I strongly recommend this service. Since I won’t be there in-person, a floor plan will act as your guide as you arrange furniture in your space.

This service includes a to-scale, hand drawn floor plan of your space(s).

custom built-in designs

Introducing a built-in element is a great way to elevate your space and make it more functional for your household. Whether it’s floor-to-ceiling shelving or a wonderful window seat, I can help you figure out what’s best for the space. We’ll work together to determine your needs, then I’ll draft elevations and plans for you to hand over to your contractor!

This service includes plans, elevations, and sketches for custom built-in furniture.

design boards + shopping lists

Using the concept and mood board as reference, I’ll select products suited to your preferences and lifestyle. The shopping list separates each item on the design board so you can get a closer look. And, of course, I’ll provide direct links to each product so you can shop easily.

This service includes a design board, a shopping list with product information, and a total cost breakdown.

sketches

Sometimes it can be difficult to visualize how a new design or style will look in your space. A design board might not be enough to get the whole picture. A sketch or two can help you visualize and understand the function of the products you’ll be purchasing.

This service includes a hand drawn sketch (or sketches) with informational callouts.
